Flint and Brick Victorian cottage
The Royal Cottages are a row of four brick & flint terraced cottages situated alongside Mundesley Beck. The Cottages take their name from the nearby Royal Hotel and were built in the 1850s.
Well situated in the seaside village of Mundesley, the cottage is only a short walk to the sandy beach & few minutes walk to Mundesley’s shops and amenities.
Newly refurbished to a very high standard it retains many of its original features and can comfortably accommodate up to four people plus a cot. The whole cottage is double glazed and is centrally heated via a gas boiler.
Kitchen
Newly fitted shaker style cottage kitchen complete with fridge-freezer, electric fan oven, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave.
There is an excellent supply of pots, pans & cutlery and ample cupboards for food storage.
An extending wooden table seats four people.
Adding character to the kitchen, the old original brick bread oven is preserved in the corner of the room and the original Norfolk pamment floor tiles have been retained.
There is a selection of local interest, cookery and travel books for you browse along with a mini-hifi.
Living Room
The lounge centres around a decorative Victorian styled mantelpiece.
It is furnished with two leather sofas and has satellite TV, DVD and wi-fi broadband.
The floor is decorated with a large fair trade tribal rug.

This garden is laid to flower borders, with a good sized lawn & features a large (old!) apple tree.
There are also two cobble stone outhouses, one is equipped with a washing machine and drier and the other is an outside toilet comprising of a modern flush toilet and hand basin.
